About us

Kourzini Healthcare Services (KHS) started as a calling to serve. This calling was confirmed when the co-founders experienced caring for ill family members at home. They knew their health would improve when they were in the comfort of their home. God provided the education and aspiration to care for an intergenerational population. Our 30-plus years of committed healthcare experience in various settings such as home care, long-term care, hospitals, urgent care centers, and Community Health Centers tells us getting healthcare and services at home increases the rate of improvement/healing faster.

The mission is to disabled or elderly individuals who want to remain in their homes. These individuals desire to remain independent while receiving services and demonstrating dignity, respect, and clear communication. 

   Her culture practices multigenerational housing and believes that providing a familiar and safe space helps individuals recuperate faster. This leads us to believe that an individual’s health improves faster when recuperating at home and within a familiar environment. These practices are now coming to the forefront of research, suggesting that intergenerational living enhances clients' well-being.
